H. Esthetics Was created in a very hard time in my personal life. My husband and I were going through years and years of fertility problem and were unable to have children. Lashing was my escape. It was my passion that I put my heart and soul into.
I spent hours and hours sharing stories and getting to know all of our clients while making them feel more confident and beautiful. Our client base grow and I shared my passion with other lash artists to get them trained. Each lash artist creates a personal relationship with their clients.
We have been there to do lashes for some of our clients happiest days like their wedding or big celebrations. We have also been there for some of our clients saddest days. We care about each and every client and we want them to leave feeling confident and beautiful.
I was born and raised in Arizona. At a young age I was diagnosed with vitiligo. This is where you lose melanin in certain areas of your body and your skin turns white in those areas. So at a young age I was in an out of different doctors offices and very aware of my skin. This grew my love for taking care of my skin and all things beauty. I’m 2014 I graduated high school and went straight into beauty school to become an esthetician. I graduated Penrose academy in 2015 as an esthetician and a laser technician. Shortly after I got married to Brady and we moved from Arizona to Texas! We have two beautiful children named, Banks and Ellis. They are our world.

Hi my name is Shianne! I have been in the beauty industry since 2013 and I have been lashing full time for 5 years!!! I got married to my high school sweet heart and together we have a sweet baby boy.

Hi my name is Tana! I have been a licensed lash artist for a little over 3 years now. I started lashing just thinking that it would be a fun side gig and it turned into my dream career. There’s nothing better than knowing that my job is truly to make women feel empowered and beautiful. I love that the lash industry is constantly growing and changing and it gives me the opportunity to continue learning new techniques and better my work. I am Barbicide, Covid-19, and Safe Haven Certified. I am a master lash artist and specialize in classic, hybrid, volume and mega volume lashes and my absolute favorite set to create is the trending wet lash look! I recently married my highschool sweetheart and am a cat mama of two. When I’m not in the salon, I’m spending time with my wonderful family. I can’t wait wait to get to know you!
Hi! Im Madi. I started at H.esthetics as a client. During the pandemic I started to blog on my personal instagram account. I was Haley’s client at the time and she asked if I would ever consider running the lash studios Instagram account. I of course said yes and began running the social media. She also needed a front desk person so I shortly started working in the salon daily running the front desk. After seeing what the day in a life of a lash tech it peaked my interest into lashing. While I was pregnant I decided to go to lash school and get licensed. I truly love my job and I’m glad Haley sucked me into this career haha. It’s been so fulfilling coming to work and I get to make women feel more confident about them selves and also getting to enjoy girl talk during an appointment.
Hi, I’m Shelby! I’ve been a licensed esthetician since 2017. While attending Texas A&M I decided that my passion for beauty would lead me down a different path. I soon decided to attend cosmetology school at the Aveda Institute. I was Shianne’s client when she convinced me to join the team here at H.esthetics. Haley & Shianne welcomed me with open arms and I haven’t looked back since. The beauty industry is home and it feels so good to be back. I currently offer classic, hybrid & volume lash extensions, lash & brow tints, lash lifts, brow lamination, facial waxing and spray tans. I hope to see you in the salon soon!
Hi I’m Emily! I attended esthetician school at The Facial Room Society in 2020 here in The Woodlands, Tx. While there I realized I had a passion for skincare and lash extensions! I’m a toddler mom and took a break from the industry to stay home with my little guy and am so happy to be back doing what I love! I specialize in classic, hybrid, and volume eyelash extensions, with my favorite style being hybrid. I offer brow waxing and threading and lash lifts and tint. I’m happy to connect with you or help you relax during a well deserved lash nap! Can’t wait to see you!
Hi beautiful people, I am Paige! I was born and raised in Oregon and obtained my Esthetician license, as well as additional certifications in lashing, microdermabrasion, chemical peels and more, back in 2019! I ran my own business specializing in lash lifts and skincare, while simultaneously taking courses to get my bachelors in psychology. I moved to Texas in 2021 and took some time off to get myself established, but quickly missed working in the beauty industry. Creating relationships with clients, helping people feel more beautiful, and the overall job itself, was something I truly had a passion for. After reaching out to H. Esthetics, the girls took me under their wings and helped me to re-enter the world of beauty while making new friendships and meeting many new amazing people throughout the community. I currently offer all types of lash extensions, subtle lash lift and tints, brow laminations, and waxing, with more service options to come in the near future. I always love to stay up-to-date with new trends and beauty services, and acquire adequate training to ensure that I can provide multiple service options to meet everyone’s unique beauty needs.
